1. ​Establish a Donor-Advised Fund

   • Open a DAF account through your financial institution, investment firm, or community foundation if you do not already have one.

2. Log In to Your DAF Account

   • Access your account through your provider's online portal.

3. Recommend a Grant

   • Navigate to the section labeled "Recommend a Grant" or "Make a Grant." Search for Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center by name, location, or EIN.

4. Select Your Gift Amount

   • Enter the amount you wish to contribute. Many DAF sponsors require a minimum grant amount, typically between $50 and $100.

5. Designate Your Gift

   • Choose whether your donation will support Olde Towne's general operations or a specific program, initiative, or campaign. You may also choose to make your gift anonymously.

6. Submit Your Recommendation

   • Review your information and submit your grant recommendation. Your DAF sponsor will process and distribute the funds directly to Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center.
